Using the service

Protake is a measurement and estimating tool for construction professionals. By creating an account you agree to use the service for its intended purpose and not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or resell it.

Your content

You retain ownership of every PDF, measurement, and note you upload. We store them so the app can function across your devices. You can export or delete them at any time.

Subscriptions

• Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel.
• Cancel any time from your account — access continues to the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case — email us within 14 days of charge.

Limitation of liability

The app helps you estimate material quantities. Final take-off figures are your responsibility — always verify with site measurements before ordering materials. We're not liable for construction errors, miscounts, or business losses that result from using or being unable to use the service.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the infrastructure. You may delete your account at any time from the account page.
